We had been considering selling our townhouse and buying in the same area for some time, but the process seemed so daunting that we just couldn't get started. Right as we became aware of our imminent space needs, the real estate environment changed and inspired us to at least interview real estate agents to see what our possibilities were. We researched Pam and called her for a visit.
